ORDER POLICIES

Thank you for considering to shop with us. The following policies apply to all orders placed with us online

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Items on our website are generally held in stock.
Some items are available for Pre-order. Dates listed on our website are a guide and subject to change. If a date changes, we aim to contact customers who have placed orders for that item as soon as we receive updated information.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Customers are welcome to cancel any unshipped orders at any time. Please note as we dispatch orders daily, we may not process email requests in time. Due to this we require cancellations to be requested over the phone. Refunds will be issued with 24 hours
Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will request photos of the damaged goods, packaging , the shipping label so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution. Please note all items shipped are insured

COLOUR / IMAGE DISCLAIMER

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour , actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings. 22nice4me will not accept responsibility for any colour differences . In purchasing from 22nice4me, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour, and the representation on our website.

Whilst we try our best to remove air bubbles in our concrete statues, they cannot be avoided, these are considered a natural part of making statues and are not considered a defect or damaged
