Damage on arrival policy

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To report damage, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item, packaging and the label, as this helps us assess the issue quickly.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.

Damage reported after the specified timeframe or without supporting evidence may not be eligible for a claim. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
